Payments are processed through Polar Checkout or another payment processor designated by the Company.
Fotome is an online digital content service and may not be used for physical products, human services, marketplaces, donations, crowdfunding, advertising, spam, adult AI content, or AI relationship services.
AI image generation services may require closer review under the Polar Acceptable Use Policy, so an order, payment, generation, or download may be held, rejected, or cancelled based on review by Polar or the payment provider.
You can review your results for 7 days after payment and request a full refund before purchase confirmation.
Refunds are handled through the Company's customer support process, Polar Support, or the process provided by the payment provider, and may be limited by applicable law, the Company's refund policy, Polar review, fraud prevention, payment method policies, and card network rules.
The final price, taxes, payment methods, and currency shown at checkout apply.
After payment, you can proceed with photo upload and AI generation.
AI-generated results may vary depending on input photo quality, selected settings, and external AI processing conditions.
